Customization Policy

Every phone cover is printed based on the specific model and design you select. Once an order has entered the printing phase (usually 12 hours after placement), it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for a different model or design.

Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)

We take pride in our quality, but if there is an error on our part, we will make it right. You are eligible for a Free Replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.

  • The print quality is significantly defective (e.g., major smudging or wrong colors).

  • We sent the wrong phone model or the wrong design.

Note: To claim a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video or clear photos of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer Error: Selecting the wrong phone model (e.g., ordering iPhone 13 instead of iPhone 13 Pro).

  • Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the design after it has been printed.

  • Image Quality: Using low-resolution or blurry photos provided by the customer. We recommend uploading high-quality images for the best results.

Refunds

Since these are personalized goods, we primarily offer replacements. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible (e.g., the model is out of stock). If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa within 7 working days.
