Welcome to Snap Flick. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our customized products. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Customization

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct phone model and upload high-resolution images. Snap Flick is not liable for poor print results due to low-quality images provided by the customer or for covers ordered for the wrong phone model.

  • Color Variance: Please note that final print colors may vary slightly (5-10%) from what you see on your mobile or computer screen due to different display settings and brightness.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to verify the order via WhatsApp or Phone Call. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.

  • Production Time: Customization typically takes 24–48 hours. Once an order enters the printing phase, no changes to the design or model can be made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days.

  • Snap Flick is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • If a parcel is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, the customer may be blacklisted from future COD purchases on our store.
